SPLANG manages satellite installations and in particular Vsat located in isolated sites in the interior of the
Guyana. These installations are subject to maintenance services and make it possible to offer institutional Wi-Fi coverage as well as a range of
Triple Play type in areas of lack of private initiative. In addition, SPLANG is in charge of managing a network of interconnections by pylons
radio between the sites of Saint Georges and Camopi and its connection to the Cayenne hub. SPLANG wishes to continue the exploitation of the network architecture while continuing to implement flexibility in the
Bandwidth resources in order to maximize the interest of the infrastructures deployed and thus offer a quality service. Exploitation,
Wireless network maintenance, marketing and capacity management will be integrated into this market
The purpose of the contract will be to provide the following services. Several types of purchase orders are planned:
1. Operation of the satellite hub, including the management of satellite signals and their dynamic allocation, interconnection to the peering system, the Fiber Optic link with the CTG Datacenter, servicing and maintenance
2. Dynamic operation of isolated sites, including in particular energy supply when the sites are not connected to EDF Guyane
3. Dynamic exploitation of satellite points operated by SPLANG on French Guiana territory
4. Operation of the RING Bar on the oyapock
5. Marketing of the service on isolated sites on behalf of SPLANG
