Sarthe Habitat, in order to promote employment and fight against exclusion, has decided to apply the provisions of Articles L2112-2, L2152-7 and R2152-7 of the Public Order Code by including in the specifications of this contract a mandatory clause of insertion through economic activity.
Each of the lots will be the subject of a separate contract.
Candidates may submit an offer for one or more lots. However, a company may not be awarded more than 3 lots in this contract.
The award will be based on the financial importance of the awarding lot(s) for which the candidate has tendered.
The following ranked bidder for each of the remaining lots will be awarded the lot.
Applicants must submit a separate tender for each lot to which they respond.
