The contracting authority has chosen to tender publicly at European level.
The municipality of Venlo, as contracting authority, will conduct this tender procedure on behalf of 4 participating organisations. Ultimately, during the term of the agreement to be concluded, there will be four clients:
• Municipality of Venlo;
•BISHOP;
• WAA GR;
• WAA Group NV.
