We are looking for an advertising agency to partner with us to build international recognition, corporate, employer and sustainability image of airports, and to influence the success of commercial services, customer experience, the emergence of flight routes and their success.
We are looking for an advertising agency to partner with, with whom we will achieve the most important goals for 2023, which are the success of flight routes and the sale of commercial services, as well as building an employer and responsibility image.
The duties of an advertising agency include, for example:
• Strategic partnership
• Brand identity, visual identity and marketing concepts
• Campaigns and other creative implementations of marketing
• Advertising productions
• Cooperation with other partners (such as media agency, event agency, PR agency, IT agencies)
The partner is expected to have strategic capabilities and an interest in understanding the industry and goals. The partner is required to have international B2B and B2C target group knowledge not only in Finland, but also in other markets, such as Europe and China. The partner must demonstrate innovation, creativity, strong project management skills and smooth communication. In addition, the partner is expected to have an understanding of customer experience development and service design.
The contracting entity does not undertake certain quantities and the contract does not give the service provider exclusive right to carry out the procurement. The services under the contract shall be produced in accordance with the content described in the call for tender and its annexes.
Services are acquired as a total service from one service provider. The service provider shall be prepared to provide all of the above services throughout the contract period in accordance with the needs of the Procurement Unit.
This is a public tendering procedure above the threshold. The adjudicating entity imposes suitability requirements for tenderers.
Access to procurement documents has been restricted for security reasons. The contracting entity discloses the draft documents against a signed non-disclosure agreement. The document request and the signed non-disclosure agreement are delivered as an attachment to the e-mail hankintapaallikot@finavia.fi with the subject line Finavia: Procurement of advertising agency services. The contracting entity provides a link by e-mail through which the operator can download the tender documents.
A confidentiality commitment is available on the Offer Service portal. The acquisition unit is bound by a duty of secrecy.
Those who have lodged a confidentiality commitment in the aborted acquisition shall remake a confidentiality commitment.
As a result of the procurement procedure, the contracting entity selects one (1) service provider with which it contracts.
