The subject of the procurement consists of the supply and installation of equipment for two reference stations for measuring air quality at the port area of the Port Authority of Zadar. The main goal of the project is to establish a sustainable, reliable, and technologically advanced system for continuous monitoring of air quality in the area of the Port Authority of Zadar. The project will enable accurate and timely monitoring of emissions resulting from port activities, maritime traffic, and related logistics operations, as well as ensuring data crucial for making informed decisions on measures to reduce air pollution. Through the implementation of modern technologies, the project will enable the monitoring of key pollutants, including NOx, SOx, PM10, PM2.5, and CO, which are directly linked to human health. The system will also ensure the monitoring of meteorological conditions that significantly affect the dispersion and concentration of these substances, thereby providing relevant data for analyzing the impact of local emission sources on air quality. The subject of the procurement includes the following components: A. Supply and installation of equipment for two automatic air quality monitoring stations (Poluotok and Luka Gaženica) – the infrastructure for equipment installation is provided by the Client. B. Supply and installation of equipment for five sensor stations for measuring air quality. C. Calibration of gas pollutant analyzers in an accredited calibration laboratory according to the standard HRN EN ISO/IEC 17025 or equivalent before delivery and after one year of operation of the stations. D. Installation of an information system for the collection, storage, transmission, and processing/validation of measurement results. E. Maintenance/service of the equipment during two years of operation of the stations in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. F. Validation of data during two years of operation of the station. G. Conducting a PM10/PM2.5 equivalence procedure at both locations during the first year of operation of the station. The supply and installation of equipment will be carried out in accordance with the developed main project, which the client will provide to the contractor after the conclusion of the public procurement contract.
