The present assignment is being carried out on the following campuses:

The purpose of these specifications:
The core task within this service is the cleaning of all classrooms in the buildings of Hogeschool PXL. In addition, three options are described: emptying collection islands in the buildings, emptying collection islands in the outdoor area and emptying mobile paper containers.
This contract is a service contract within the meaning of article 2, 21° of the WOO.
This assignment is split into two separate sub-assignments. This does not concern separate subcontracts or fixed parts within the meaning of Article 57 of the WOO and these do not concern lots, but separate inventories are used for these individual sub-assignments. The two separate sub-tasks are the following:
- Sub-assignment 1: General cleaning assignment for all rooms in the buildings of Hogeschool PXL, including the three required options for emptying the collection islands for waste in buildings, emptying collection islands for waste in the outdoor area and emptying mobile paper containers.
- Sub-assignment 2: Extra cleaning tasks ordered by PXL University of Applied Sciences. This concerns both tasks described in the inventory for sub-assignment 1 that are additionally ordered, that therefore exceed the inventory in quantity and that are therefore ordered on top of the daily, weekly or annual quantity. In addition, these are also unforeseeable tasks, logically not included in the inventory, for which Hogeschool PXL wishes to call on the service provider if necessary. These additional tasks must be sorted in the spirit of the specifications whereby Hogeschool PXL may reasonably assume that the service provider employs qualified personnel.
