The purpose of the framework agreement is to support the innovation laboratory of the general secretariat. It must allow the SG to:

- support the team in the development, structuring and management of the Lab (governance, range of services, methods and tools, locations, etc.) and ensure its sustainability;

- increase the skills of internal teams in the field of collaborative innovation;

- strengthen internal teams both in terms of network coordination and capacity to deliver;

- acculturate DGAC agents to innovation and new collaborative working methods;

- assist the communication of the Lab and innovative projects supported by the Lab;

- be at the forefront of collaborative innovation approaches, tools and methods by ensuring a watch activity;

- succeed with the transformation of the DGAC by adopting more agility and more collaboration.

The expected services are as follows:

- management and methodological support: support in piloting the Lab, support in framing and piloting innovative projects;

- workshops based on collaborative innovation methods: collaborative workshops;

- acculturation and awareness of collaborative innovation: design of awareness modules, provision of awareness modules, organization of events;

- training in collaborative innovation methods: design of training modules, training dispensations;

- coaching in the field of collaborative innovation: individual coaching, collective coaching.
