The purpose of this consultation is to provide local and long-distance transport services. The procurement procedure used is: the open tender procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-1 and 2 and R. 2124-1 and 2 of the Public Order Code. The services give rise to a framework agreement with purchase orders within the meaning of articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code, with no minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount. They are likely to vary as follows: - lot 1 local transport: maximum annual amount of 220,000 euros (excl. VAT). Lot 2 long-distance transports: maximum annual amount of 30,000 euros (excl. VAT).
