The city of Oschersleben intends to award planning services for the extension, the conversion and the energetic refurbishment of the Kita "Bodestrolche".

The subject of the construction task described here is the work phases 4 to 6 according to § 51 HOAI. The performance phases 1 to 3 of the structural design according to § 51 HOAI have already been performed and are not part of the construction project advertised here.

For the measure is a ZBau document including grant decision. This document forms the basis for further planning and is part of the tender documents. The measure is supported by the STARK III-EAFRD directive.
