1. The subject of the contract is: Successive delivery of food products for the needs of the School and Preschool Complex in Wysokie divided into 4 parts:

1.)Frozen and fresh fish

2.) Art. search

3.) Frozen food

4.) Bread

2. Conditions of delivery:

2.1 Deliveries will be made in batches, in connection with the current needs of the Ordering Party.

The request notification will be made electronically by an authorized employee, at the latest on the day preceding the day of planned deliveries (the order will specify the exact quantity of ordered products, delivery date and the amount of remuneration in accordance with the contractor's offer.) Deliveries must be made by 7:00 a.m. at the latest (the Ordering Party's Kitchen is open

from 6:00 a.m.). For special deliveries, the maximum delivery time shall not be more than 2 hours after placing the order. By special deliveries it is meant to supply products that have run out of a moment and are necessary

for the day.
