The aim of the procurement is to cover Diskrimineringsmnemda's need for maintenance and development of its websites. This will mainly be a continuing maintenance contract. Tenderers must also suggest improvements for the website. There can be developments of new functions and systems if required. The contracting authority would like the contract to come into force from 1 January 2023. The tenderer will not be responsible for ensuring that the website is up and running, but for carrying out the measures within the assignment that are necessary to keep the website up and running continually. The contracting authority currently has a separate contract for running the website that expires on 1 June 2023. Tenderers must be able to offer running the website, including hosting, as an option. If the option is taken up it will come into force in spring 2023, but the tenderer must reckon on some work with migration beforehand. If the option is taken up, the parties will sign a SSA-D with the accompanying, revised data processing contract.
