The purpose of the public contract is the supply of telecommunications services with the limited supply of accessories for the needs of the town hall of Oullins.

Lot 1 concerns:

- provision of access to the public network:

—— analog access;

—— access for 2 to 4 simultaneous calls (of the “basic access, T0” type);

—— access for 6 to 12 simultaneous calls (of the “basic access, T0” type);

—— access to the public network beyond twelve simultaneous calls (of the “primary access, T2” type);

- routing of telephone traffic for access to objects in lot 1:

—— incoming from all sources;

—— outgoing to local, national, mobile and international;

—— outgoing to special numbers and emergency numbers.

The market is concluded without minimum or maximum.

This lot concerns:

- mobile phone services:

—— routing of incoming and outgoing calls;

—— exchange of data;

—— terminals, accessories;

—— fleet management services.
