The subject of the contract is the performance of a comprehensive cleaning service in the building and in the external area as well as the maintenance and care of greenery located in the area under the permanent management of the Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy at 2/4 Wspólna Street in Warsaw.

The contracting authority shall evaluate the tenders that have not been rejected on the basis of the tender evaluation criteria set out below:
1. Price A: Provision of cleaning and cleaning services in the building - 36%
2. Price B: Provision of cleaning and cleaning services in the outdoor area - 5%
3. Price C: Provision of maintenance and maintenance services for green areas - 5%
4. Price D: Provision of two-sided cleaning services for external and internal windows and window sills, grilles and window blinds - 2%
5. Price E: Provision of services of removal, washing, ironing and hanging of curtains and curtains - 2%
6. Price F: Provision of carpet and carpet washing services - 2%
7. Price G*: Provision of upholstery washing services for furniture (chairs, armchairs and sofas)
*Price G= G1 (washing chairs) +G2 (washing armchairs) +G3 (washing sofas)- 2%
8. Price H: Provision of additional cleaning services - 2%
9. Price I: Provision of cleaning services for other business premises - 2%
10. Price J: Provision of stone floor maintenance services - 2%
11. Social criterion: Employment under an employment contract of a disabled person over the requirements of the Contracting Authority ("N") - 20%
12. Environmental criterion: Hygiene products - supply of environmentally friendly toilet paper and paper towels marked with the Ecolabel certificate or equivalent ("H") - 10%
13. Environmental criterion: Cleaning products - delivery of biodegradable garbage bags ("W") as part of the order - 10%
