Supply of 6 800 000 liters of diesel per GTT, for a total amount of EUR 7 282 725.00 (excluding VAT and safety charges included) as follows by filterability limit temperature:

— 1 400 000 litres with CFPP B filterability not exceeding 0 or, for an amount of EUR 1,488 200.00 (VAT excluded),

— 5,400,000 litres with CFPP E filterability not exceeding -15 or, for an amount of EUR 5 794 200.00 (VAT excluded).

The security charges arising from interference are 325.00 EUR (excluding VAT).

Supply of 459 000 liters of diesel fuel for ASP SpA for a total amount of 492 573.80 EUR (excluding VAT and safety charges included) with a CFPP and filtrability rating not exceeding -15 or .

The security charges arising from interference are 66.80 EUR (excluding VAT).

Supply of 800 000 liters of diesel fuel for Ca.Nova SPA for a total amount of 853 720.00 EUR (excluding VAT and safety charges included), as follows by filterability limit temperature:

— 500 000 litres with CFPP B filterability not exceeding 0 or, for EUR 531 500.00 (VAT excluded),

— 300,000 litres with CFPP E filterability not exceeding -15 or 321 900.00 EUR excluding VAT).

The security charges arising from interference are €320.00 (excluding VAT).

Supply of 300 000 liters of diesel fuel for SUN SpA, for a total amount of 320 429.00 EUR (excluding VAT and safety charges included), as follows by filterability limit temperature:

— 180 000 litres with CFPP D filterability not exceeding -10 or, for EUR 191 340.00 (VAT excluded);

— 120 000 litres with CFPP E filterability not exceeding -15 or, for EUR 128 760.00 (VAT excluded).

The security charges arising from interference are 329.00 EUR (excluding VAT).

Supply of 1 120 000 liters of diesel fuel for ATAP SpA, for a total amount of 1 196 260.00 EUR (excluding VAT and safety charges included), as follows by filterability limit temperature:

— 560 000 litres with CFPP D filterability not exceeding -10 or; for EUR 595 280.00 (excluding VAT);

— 560 000 litres with CFPP E filterability not exceeding -15 or, for EUR 600 880.00 (VAT excluded).
