The purpose of this consultation is the provision, implementation and maintenance of an urban video protection system and an interconnection network in the municipality of Bois-Guillaume.

The project consists in equipping all the selected sites and federating them into a coherent and computerically supervised whole, installing, configuring and putting into service the non-wired links (radio) and the system thus created of urban video protection.

The system also requires the creation of dedicated links, broadband fiber optic, from different sites to repatriate the streams from the cameras to the centralized registration point.

The system also requires, in certain cases, the hiring of dedicated links, broadband, in so-called black optical fiber (FON), from the various sites in order to repatriate the flows coming from the cameras towards the point of centralized recording.
