This concerns the tender for the inspection and cleaning of sewers in the municipalities of Heerlen and Landgraaf, with number 131038.

The contract that will be put out to tender involves concluding a framework agreement with the municipalities of Heerlen and Landgraaf with regard to the cleaning and inspection of sewers for the period 2020 up to and including 2023.

The contract is divided into 2 lots. The plots correspond to the 2 municipalities Heerlen and Landgraaf.

The work mainly consists of:

- outside inventory,

- the uncleaned inspection of objects (sewers, etc.),

- the removal of roots and obstacles,

- the cleaning of objects (sewers, etc.),

- inspecting objects (sewers, etc.),

- closing sewers,

- removal and processing of released materials,

- taking the necessary traffic measures,

- informing residents.

This concerns work on sewers under management and maintenance at the municipality of Heerlen. New works and maintenance work (cleaning and making before, after and inspection inspections) are excluded, as are works for which the municipality of Heerlen is not a direct client. This concerns wells and pipes that are normally accessible. The contractor must start from the situation as described in Article 25.34.03. of the specifications. Any measures to reach these wells must be included in the unit prices. Hard-to-reach sewers are not part of this contract.
