The services of this procedure concern supplementary health insurance for Destination Rennes staff, on the basis of the Syntec Convention applicable to the SPL.
In case of need for travel, the services of this contract will take place either at the head office of the buyer. To date, it is located 28 boulevard du Colombier, 35000 Rennes. Or at the Convent of the Jacobins, located 20 place Sainte-Anne, 35000 Rennes.
The purpose of this contract is to provide additional compensation to benefits paid under the basic social security scheme to all employees of the subscriber under the NCC Technical Design Offices, Consulting Engineering Firms and Consulting Companies of 15.12.1987 (brochure No. 3018), their dependent children and/or their spouse, when their state of health causes them to incur medical, surgical or hospitalization expenses, within the limits of the amounts of guarantees set out in the table attached to the CCTP, and to the maximum of the expenses actually incurred by the beneficiaries. The supplementary health insurance scheme will be in the form of a compulsory membership scheme for employees and their dependent children but also for their spouse (DUE of 15.11.2017). The contract must comply with the provisions of the NCC Technical Design Offices, Consulting Firms and Consulting Companies of 15.12.1987 (brochure No. 3018) and future developments. This coverage will be maintained within the framework of the legal and conventional 'portability' arrangements allowing employees to benefit, under the same conditions as active employees, from the maintenance of the 'health' scheme which they enjoyed within the company, in the event of breach of their employment contract giving rise to a take-over. covered by the unemployment insurance scheme (with the exception of dismissal for gross negligence).
Contributions used to finance the compulsory scheme are of the type Employee + Child (ren) /spouse and are intended to cover, as a compulsory measure, employees and their dependent children. They are fixed in monthly terms, in euros, not proratizable. They are aligned with conventional contributions and follow the evolution of these contributions. For illustrative purposes, contributions are as follows for the years 2021 and 2022 (base + mandatory option 2): employee + child (ren): EUR 73,50; spouse: EUR 67,00.
