The subject of the tender is the technical planning of the building services engineering, structural engineering, and object planning of a research greenhouse of approximately 400 m2 in NF Venlo design with 6 cabins and outdoor facilities, aimed at providing a tender-ready service description over service phases 1 to 6, including service levels 1 to 3, subject to the call for additional service levels according to contract template §4, section 4.2, as well as 4.2.2.
