The Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation seeks the provision of a data backup and recovery managed service. The contract will include:

— The design of an enterprise class data backup and recovery solution.

— The supply of all software (excluding operating systems).

— The supply of all hardware (backup servers, storage, tape libraries etc.).

— The installation of all software and hardware.

— Ongoing support, maintenance and monitoring of the solution.
