The object of the order is one heavy rescue car - firefighting. The vehicle must be factory new, (the Ordering Party permits the year of production of the chassis 2021 or 2022). The subject of the order should be executed in accordance with the DESCRIPTION of the subject of the ORDER, annex 3 to SWZ SPT.2370.6.2022.

2. Terms of execution of the subject of the

2.1 The offer must be drawn up in accordance with the required provisions of law and the content of this SWZ,

2.2 Deliver the subject of the order not later than 25.11.2022.

2.3 Provide full warranty and post-warranty service for the entire vehicle:

1) specify the warranty period for the built-in with equipment (evaluated parameter),

2) specify the warranty period on the chassis (evaluated parameter)

The required warranty period is min. 24 months, this must be entered in Annex 1 and 3 to the SWZ, from the date of signing of the final receipt protocol. A warranty period of more than 60 months does not result in more points being awarded.

2.4 Grant on the subject of a contract 24 months warranty for defects.

2.5 The terms of execution of the subject of the contract are also included in the model of the proposed provisions of the contract, annex 6 to the SWZ.

2.6 Built-in and equipped vehicle must meet, among others, requirements:

1) technical-utility set out in the Annex to the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs

and the Administration of 27 April 2010 amending the Regulation on the list of products for the provision of public safety or the protection of health and life and property, as well as the rules for issuing the admission of such products into use (Journal of Laws of 2010 No. 85, item 553),

2) standards PN-EN 1846-1 and PN-EN 1846-2,

3) Polish road traffic laws, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the law of 20 June 1997 “Road Traffic Law”

(Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110), together with the implementing provisions of the Act,

4) Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016 item 2022, as amended).

5) Ordinances of the Ministers of Internal Affairs and Administration, National Defence, Finance and Justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and used for special purposes Police, Homeland Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Military Counterintelligence Service, Military Intelligence Services, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Border Guard, State Protection Service, National Revenue Administration, Prison Service and Fire Brigades (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 594).

6) marking with operational numbers of the State Fire Department in accordance with the Order No. 1 of the Commandant of the Chief State Fire Brigade of 24 January 2020 on the transport economy in the organizational units of the State Fire Brigade (Journal of Laws. KG PSP from 2020 item 3, as amended).

7) having reflective contour marking (OOK) full in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the extent of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016 item 2022, as amended) and guidelines UNECE Regulation No 48.
