The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Municipality of Pionki and municipal organizational units, in the period from 01-03-2024. until 31-05-2025, in accordance with the OPZ constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the facilities of the Municipality of Pionki and municipal organizational units in the period from 01-03-2024. until 31-05-2025, in accordance with the OPZ constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference.

2. The Contracting Authority acts on its own behalf and is entitled to conduct the tender procedure on behalf of all organizational units of the Municipality of Pionki.

3. The Municipality of Pionki and its organisational units will conclude a single contract for the supply of electricity to individual facilities (PPE points) resulting from this public procurement procedure.
