Contract awarded according to a procedure with negotiation pursuant to Articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Code of

public procurement. This procedure is a single-awarding framework agreement concluded pursuant to Articles R2162-1 to 6 of the Public Order Code. This framework agreement sets all the contractual stipulations, it is executed as and when the purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in Articles R2162-13 and 14 of the Public Order Code
