Sør-Fron municipality hereby invites tenderers to an open tender contest in connection with the purchase of 24-hour health and care services.

As the service recipient needs stability in relation to the home and service provider, a long-term contract must be entered, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 30-1 (5).

Consequently, the agreement has no date of completion, but is an ongoing agreement.

The initial agreement period is 1 year but note that the agreement is ongoing.

Sør-Fron municipality shall procure services for a person with a developmental disability.

The service must include:

— housing with 24/7 staffing in a co-living rota. The organisation of the rota shall have focus on few employees;

— the need for care services requires a staffing up to 2:1;

— geographically located in the Lillehammer area and/or Gudbrandsdalen northward to Sør-Fron municipality.

The services shall be started by 1 November 2021.
