Services and reactive repairs to gas (1418), oil (160), air and ground source (17) heating systems as detailed below and ad-hoc boiler renewal contract to approximately 90 dwellings annually, in 2 contracts, generally within OHG operating areas of Scotland but may include a wider geographical area in future.

Servicing will be carried out using the ‘Anniversary Date’ system initiated at 10 months to ensure a 100 % completion of all servicing to all properties. The contract will be 36 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions (servicing and safety checks to be carried out as per the provide schedule and programme to be provided by OHG).
