This notice concerns a defence or security contract for the 'supply of underwater tractors and associated services for the benefit of the French armed forces'. This is a composite framework agreement with:

- a firm share;

- a purchase order share in accordance with the provisions of Article R. 2362-8 of the French Public Procurement Code;

- a share for orders for supplies or services intended to cover any technical hazards pursuant to Articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the French Public Procurement Code

The framework agreement is a single-party contractor.

It was awarded according to a procedure with negotiation in accordance with the provisions of Articles L2324-3, R2324-3 and R2361-8 to R2361-12 of the French Public Procurement Code.
