The subject of the contract is the service of modernizing the records of land and buildings in the Sanok poviat - stage I ", implemented as part of the project" Podkarpackie Spatial Information System (PSIP) divided into 4 parts.

Performing survey of modernization of land and building records for the following districts: Balnica, Maniów, Mików, Osławica, Szczerbanówka, Turzańsk, Wisłok Wielki, Zubeńsko, located in the commune Komańcza, district of Sanocki.

Performing survey of modernization of land and building records for the following districts: Czerteż, Dobra, Jurowce, Lalin, Sanoczek, Wujskie, Załuż, located in the commune Sanok, Sanocki poviat.

Performing the survey of modernization of land and building records for the following districts: Hołuczków, Kreców, Lachawa, Raków, Rozputa, Siemuszów, Wola Krecowska, located in the commune Tyrawa Wołoska, Sanocki poviat.

Carrying out the survey of the modernization of land and building records for the following district: Bażanówka, located in the commune Zarszyn, Sanocki poviat.

The subject of the order is:

1) carrying out geodetic works necessary to carry out the modernization of EGiB - in the scope of data concerning:

a) land, including:

- borders of registration precincts,

- registration plots, including protocol determination of borders in built-up areas,

- arable land, including its current status and designations,

- soil science classification of lands.

b) buildings,

c) objects permanently related to buildings,

d) residential real estate,

e) owners of real estate and entities whose land is owned or managed by the State Treasury or local government units, as well as entities that, on the basis of independent ownership, own land for which, due to the lack of the land and mortgage register, a collection of documents or other documents, determine their owners;

2) developing and displaying for descriptions of the draft descriptive and cartographic survey, participation in the consideration of reservations submitted to this survey in the course of its lining and carrying out geodetic works necessary to introduce changes in the design of the descriptive and cartographic survey resulting from the included reservations.
