The objective is to establish a framework contract with a contractor to maintain and enhance the system THETIS and all its subsidiary components.

The framework contract will cover the enhancement and maintenance of THETIS, its existing modules (THETIS-EU, THETIS-MeD and THETIS-MRV), the development of new modules and functionalities as foreseen by the relevant legal acts (international or EU) while being able to handle various data simultaneously and to keep the necessary separation of information.
