The purpose of the framework agreement governed by this special administrative clauses is:

- supply and delivery of wheeled bins for the collection of household waste;

- supply and delivery of wheeled bins for the collection of recyclable materials:

—— cardboard / plastic and mixed paper packaging;

—— food waste from professional activities and individuals supply, delivery, unloading as well as installation of metallic aerial containers for the collection of glass. The description of the supplies and their technical specifications are defined in the CCTP.

The candidate must provide the full range of containers requested and provide the services defined in the CCTP, i.e. 14 differentiated models: one container corresponds to the set:

- cover fitted with its cover (s) and its lock, if applicable;

- tank equipped with its handling handles, and if necessary specific adaptations in connection with the collected material;

- castors and axles for moving materials;

- specific hot stamping in accordance with this CCTP;

- all the functional elements necessary for the proper functioning of the equipment.

Grand Lac wishes to replace its aerial containers intended for the collection of glass positioned in sectors of the territory where the installation of underground or semi-underground containers is not possible. These are mainly urban areas and tourist places. For this material, the community asks for customizable metal containers and will pay particular attention to their aesthetic qualities but also to their robustness.
