Public procurement conducted according to a formalized tender procedure opened in accordance with articles L. 2124-2, R. 2161-2 et seq. of the Public Order Code (CCP). Pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1, R. 2162-1 et seq., as well as R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the CCP, the contract will be concluded according to the procurement technique of the framework agreement executed as purchase orders are issued. In accordance with Article L. 2113-10 of the CCP, the contract is broken down into eleven (11) lots as described in this notice. Pursuant to Article L. 2112-5 of the CCP, as of their coming into effect each of the lots, detailed above, will become a separate contract. The number of meals served as part of the collective catering service is approximately 237,300 per year.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2191-1 et seq. of the CCP, the financial execution of the contract shall be carried out under the following conditions:

— the benefits will be financed from the own funds of the municipal budget;

— the benefits will be paid to the holder (s) of each lot and to any senior subcontractor (s) within the time limits set by articles L. 2192-10, R. 2192-10 et seq. of the CCP; i.e. by administrative mandate, after service made, from the receipt of the request for payment transmitted by the holder to the public buyer, in a 30 days overall lead time.
