1. The subject of the contract is the construction of a photovoltaic power plant with an installed capacity of up to 1 MWp and energy storage along with the necessary technical infrastructure and the construction of a transformer station and SN-15kV connection. 2. The scope of work covered by this executive project includes the following elements: ▪ Installation of photovoltaic modules and inverters to the structure, ▪ Installation of energy storage along with the implementation of low-voltage cabling to the transformer station, ▪ Execution of low-voltage direct current cable lines from photovoltaic modules to inverters, ▪ Execution of low-voltage alternating current cable lines from inverters to the transformer station, ▪ Execution of medium-voltage cable lines from the transformer station, ▪ Execution of a monitoring system for the photovoltaic installation, ▪ Implementation of earthing connections installation. 2. In the case of using equivalent materials, devices, products or solutions within the meaning of Article 99(5) or Article 101(4) of the Act, the Contractor is obliged to indicate them in the offer and to submit technical data sheets or other documents confirming that the offered offer/equivalent solutions meet the requirements of the Ordering Party described in the subject of the contract. If the Contractor does not submit the above documents or the submitted documents are incomplete (thus not confirming the equivalence of the offer in the scope described in the subject of the contract) the Ordering Party will not call for their submission/completion. 3. During the execution of the contract, upon each request of the Ordering Party, the Contractor is obliged to present the safety marks, declarations of conformity or technical approval or certificates of conformity with the Polish Standard transferring European standards or standards of member states of the European Economic Area transferring that standard or other standards or documents, in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law. 4. Whenever the technical specification for execution and acceptance of works, technical documentation refers to Polish standards, it should be understood as Polish standards transferring European standards or standards of other member states of the European Economic Area or other standards or documents referred to in Article 101(1)(2) of the Act. 5. The materials and devices used for the execution of the contract must meet the quality requirements of products approved for trading and use in construction as specified in the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Journal of Laws 2025.418 from April 1, 2025), the Act of April 16, 2004, on construction products (Journal of Laws 2021.1213 from July 5, 2021) and the requirements of technical specifications for performance and acceptance of works and SWZ.
