All services of HOAI LPH 1 to 3 and 5 to 9 as well as special services must be provided.

The Tausendfüßler daycare center is an integrative daycare center in the Marienthal district, Zwickau West, where a total of 58 children, including 11 children up to 3 years of age and 47 children from 3 years of age, as well as 8 places for the integration of children with special needs, are cared for.

The building is a masonry building, which was built according to a type project (SVB 642.100) of the GDR 1961-1962

(Gebäudemaße: 24.615 x 11.740).

The following requirements, which are not exhaustively named, must at least be implemented:

- Soundproofing measures (soundproofing ceilings)

- Adaptation of the stair railing to the current requirements and rules of the

technology

- Adaptation of sanitary equipment to age-differentiated requirements for

Day care centers

- Upgrading of the staff rooms according to the requirements of the workplace-

guideline

- Creation of a stroller storage room

- Creation of barrier-free access to the daycare center

- Treatment of moisture damage in the basement

Special services:

Stocktaking:

On the basis of the existing drawings from the installation period and a building survey to be prepared by the contractor, floor plans, views and sections are to be made, measured and labelled and made available to the specialist planners as a DWG file.

Technical substance exploration:

The building materials actually found are to be compared with the as-built drawings and entered in the drawings from the inventory. The direction of the ceiling tension must also be entered into the floor plans.

Thermal insulation calculation/proof with energy certificate:

The thermal insulation calculation must be prepared in accordance with the GEG and an energy certificate must be prepared after completion of the measure.

Fire protection:

A fire protection concept must be drawn up and implemented structurally.

The Tausendfüßler daycare center is an integrative daycare center in the Marienthal district, Zwickau West, where a total of 58 children, including 11 children up to 3 years of age and 47 children from 3 years of age, as well as 8 places for the integration of children with special needs, are cared for.

The building is a masonry building, which was built according to a type project (SVB 642.100) of the GDR 1961-1962

The entire heating system is to be renewed on the basis of the utilisation concept and the GEG, taking into account the economic efficiency and fire protection requirements. Primarily, the connection to the district heating network of the city of Zwickau is favored, the possibility of implementation must be examined in advance. The sanitary facility is to be renovated on the basis of current technical and use-specific requirements.
