Technical equipment - high-voltage systems (WG 1.1.4); telecommunications and information technology systems (WG 1.1.5); conveyor systems (WG 1.1.6)

On Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz in Leipzig, a new building for Leipzig University's “Global Hub” research building is to be built in an outstanding inner-city location, which bundles interdisciplinary research on new global dynamics under one roof and links it with partner institutions worldwide.

The “Global Hub” research building will have a gross floor area of approximately 8,800 m² (approx. 5,000 m² NUF 1-6). It must be put into operation by December 2026.

A restricted, 1-phase urban planning ideas and building construction implementation competition is currently being held in accordance with RPW 2013 with 25 participating architects. The results of this competition will be available after the jury session on 10/11/03/2022.

The object of the planned order is the technical equipment of plant groups 1.1.4, 1.1.5 and 1.1.6 Service phases (LPH) 2 to 8 according to § 55 HOAI 2021 in accordance with Annex 15 HOAI 2021.

Commissioning the services of service phases 2 and 3 in accordance with Annex 15 to Section 51 HOAI, with the option of gradually commissioning further services in the following service phases 5 to 8.
