The purpose of this consultation is to select the candidates admitted to submit an offer relating to the liability insurance market (vehicle fleet of vehicles and damage to property and related risks). This consultation took place within the framework of a purchasing group between Orléans Métropole (coordinator), the town hall of Orléans and the Communal action center (CCAS) of Orléans. It will give rise to an ordinary market for lots one, two, four and five, and to a tranche market for the trpos lot. This AAPC concerns the first phase of the so-called application procedure. The consultation regulations detail all the rules that will apply throughout the procedure.
