Description:
Delivery of A3 and A4 paper with different weights for the needs of State Administration Units

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of paper in A3 and A4 sizes with different weights for the needs of State Administration Units.

2. Planned places of delivery as part of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR constituting the List of Units and the specification of requirements.

3. A detailed description of the requirements for paper is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR constituting the product and price form. The detailed list of paper and quantities contained in the Assortment and Price Form is the sum of the quantity of paper for individual Units covered by the central order. The planned quantities of paper that each Unit intends to make during the term of the contract are set out in Annex 1 to the ToR constituting the List of Units and a list of requirements.

4. The detailed manner of implementation of the subject of the contract is specified in Annex 3 to the ToR constituting the essential provisions of the contract.

5. As a result of the proceedings, contracts will be concluded with the Contractor on behalf of each of the Units separately, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the ToR.

6. Paper deliveries will take place successively during the term of the contract, depending on the reported needs of the Units. Each Unit may place orders independently of other Units. Within a month, no more than five deliveries are envisaged for each Unit and each of its delegations / organizational units separately, assuming that the scope of one partial order will not be less than 10 reams (or packaging, respectively) of all items ordered in one order.

7. During the term of the contract, each Unit will be able to purchase any paper specified in the assortment and price Form constituting Annex 2 to the ToR.

8. The quantities of paper indicated in Annex 1 to the ToR are estimated amounts that the Units intend to implement during the term of the contract and do not constitute an obligation of the Units to purchase paper in the indicated amounts. Contracts will be concluded up to the amount of funds secured by the Units to finance the contract.
