KKE would like to enter into a service contract for snow clearing, gritting and sweeping for KKE's and Kongsberg municipality's properties for a period of two years (with an option for 1+1 year). The competition is for 6 areas.

The contract applies for properties marked on the map, annex 1 specifications. The services shall be carried out at all exits/entrances, emergency exits for the buildings, external steps and recycling areas, flagpoles, as well as everything marked green, blue or white on the maps.

The services include snow clearing by machine, gritting by machine, hand clearing, snow blowing by hand, manual gritting and filling grit boxes, as well as sweeping. Tenderers must assess the most suitable snow clearing method themselves. The contract also includes snow clearing on roofs as required. KKE would like to be free in relation to orders placed for this.

KKE will procure winter and summer operations for approx. 3 000 000 NOK per annum. The statement of annual procurements is based on previous procurements, and it must not be seen as binding for the volume of procurements under this framework agreement. The procurement of snow clearing and gritting will vary from year to year, in accordance with the contracting authority's needs.
