The subject of the order is: Performing the function of the Contract Engineer for tasks:
1. Design and implementation of a cycle path in ul. Grota-Roweckiego part III as part of the project entitled "Modernization of bus and tram infrastructure in Sosnowiec - construction and development of small interchange nodes and bicycle paths connecting them".
2. Reconstruction of ul. Ostrogórska in Sosnowiec - Stage I.
Part 1 - performing the function of the Contract Engineer for the task titled Design and implementation of a cycle path in ul. Grota - Roweckiego part III as part of the project entitled: "Modernization of bus and tram infrastructure in Sosnowiec - construction and development of small interchange nodes and bicycle paths connecting them".
The scope of the task:
- total length of the pedestrian-bicycle route to be carried out approximately 114 mb,
- total length of green areas to be made and developed: approximately 114,00 mb,
- pedestrian width - min. 1.5 m in the light,
- width of the bike track - 2 m in the light.
The project is co-financed from the European Union funds Regional Operational Program of the Śląskie Voivodeship for the years 2014-2020 (European Regional Development Fund) for the priority axis: IV. Energy efficiency, renewable energy sources and a low-carbon economy for action: 4.5. Low-emission urban transport and effective lighting for the sub-measure: 4.5.1. Low-emission urban transport and efficient lighting - ITI.

If the Purchaser in the description of the subject of the contract indicated trademarks, patents, origin or sources as well as standards, technical approvals and reference systems, it allows offering equivalent solutions to the described, provided that they maintain the same minimum technical, quality and functional parameters, etc. Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party, is obliged to indicate that the subject of the order offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
Part 2 - performing the function of the Contract Engineer for the task titled "Reconstruction of ul. Ostrogórska in Sosnowiec - Stage I. "
The task includes:
Reconstruction of ul. Ostrogórska, from KM 0 + 020.00 to KM 0 + 405.51
Reconstruction of ul. Jagiellońska on the length of about 50m
Reconstruction of exits,
Reconstruction of parking lots,
Construction of parking bays,
Reconstruction of pavements,
Construction of bicycle paths,
Construction of a technological channel,
Reconstruction of intersections,
Reconstruction of networks and technical infrastructure devices colliding with the planned project:
Rainwater drainage network,
Electrical networks,
Street lighting,
Teletechnical networks,
Water supply network,
Gas network.
