The State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), represented by the Ministry of the Interior of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (IM NRW), represented by the Police Headquarters Essen, intends to rent a new Regional Training Center in Essen.
The project can be realized by planning and building a new property tailored to the client's needs. Excluded is the rental of an existing property; This does not apply to the required parking spaces, which can also be accommodated in an existing building.
The subject of the contract is the conclusion of a rental agreement for a regional training center to be set up in accordance with the requirements of the client in the defined selection area. The lease is to have a term of 20 years with the option for the client to extend the contract once for five years. The transfer of the rental property should take place at the latest in the second half of 2022.
The Regional Training Center is expected to require approximately 20,000 to 30,000 square meters of land, with the aforementioned size data intended to provide a first orientation for the required plot size. On this property is essentially a training facility, a space shooting range with different lengths shooting ranges (3 25 m shooting ranges and a 100 m navigable shooting range), a training house with a drivable hall and ring road, an amok / TE training hall and outdoor facilities and 75 parking spaces accommodate.
