The quantities indicated in Annex 3 list are provisional and do not commit the administration. Greater or less or no quantities may give rise to compensation. The tenderer undertakes to ensure the supply and the quality of the products. Any offer which does not comply with the requirements below will be rejected.

The basic list, which the tenderer will find in appendix 3 of the specifications, contains a set of fun and educational school items which must be offered by the tenderer.

Tenderers must, under penalty of nullity of their offer, make an offer for all the items included in this basic list.

Delivery must be included in the price provided in the financial offer.

One of the essential points of the market is to be able to select products via catalog: when establishing order forms, the material requested will be selected from all the products offered in the catalog.

Fun and didactic school products are intended for children, and must comply with European standards for equipment used by children under the age of fourteen. The games must be CE stamped.
