The purpose of the framework agreement is the acquisition of electronic sights for defense bullet launchers for the benefit of the national police and gendarmerie forces (Ministry of the Interior) and the intervention units of the prison administration. The CCAG of reference is the CCAG applicable to current supply and service contracts, approved by decree of 19.1.2009. The framework agreement is single-beneficiary, not allotted. The estimated quantities are 1,100 sights for all departments. It gives rise to the award of subsequent contracts which will be carried out by purchase orders.
