The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law of 10.4.1997 (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, as amended) for the purposes of the entities listed below and their organizational units:
1. Hrubieszów Municipality, ul. Maj. Dobrzańskiego Hubala 1, 22-500 Hrubieszów, POLAND.
2. Hrubieszowski Poviat, ul. Narutowicza 34, 22-500 Hrubieszów, POLAND.

The total estimated electricity consumption [MWh] for the period January 1, 2013 - December 31, 2021 is 8 918.236 MWh. The material scope of the subject of the contract is specified in the detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex 1 to the ToR), including the location and description of the electricity consumption points and the contract template (Annex 4 to the ToR) together with Annex 1 (list of electricity consumption points covered by the contract) and No. 2 (power of attorney), constituting an integral part of this ToR.
This order does not include electricity distribution services.
The Awarding Entity does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 7 of the PPL Act.
The Purchaser informs that in accordance with art. 24aa of the Public Procurement Law Act will first evaluate the bids and then examine whether the Contractor whose bid was assessed as the most favorable, is not subject to exclusion and meets the conditions for participation in the procedure. If the Contractor referred to in the first sentence is evading the conclusion of the contract, the Employer shall examine whether the Contractor who submitted the highest-rated offer among the remaining offers is not subject to exclusion and whether he meets the conditions for participation in the procedure.
