Renovation of the Heinrich-von-Kleist-Schule sports hall in 65760 Eschborn, service contract for technical equipment, § 55 HOAI,

Annex groups 4 and 5, § 53 para. 2 HOAI

The services to be provided include the performance diagram of technical equipment, § 55 HOAI, plant groups (§ 53 HOAI):

4. high-voltage systems,

5. Telecommunications and information technology systems,

Eligible costs (from cost group 400, DIN 276) in accordance with § 54 HOAI approx. EUR 812,211.40 (shares of the plant groups: 4 = 80.14%, 5 = 19.86%).

The sports hall of the Heinrich-von-Kleist-Schule is a 3-field sports hall.

The age and condition of the three-field hall show an urgent need for renovation in

many structural and all technical trades, which with the renewal of floors,

ceiling and roof to permanently restore the hall to a reliable operational condition.

The hall roof is leaking and needs to be replaced. Here, a radiant ceiling heating system with LED lighting is installed. It is possible that some skylights will be dismantled and omitted. The hall is to be used as a meeting place and must be upgraded accordingly.

The entire changing and sanitary area will also be rebuilt.

Rainwater is used for flushing toilets via a rainwater cistern.

The roof will be completely equipped with a photovoltaic system and the main building distribution will be renovated, as will the BMA and SAA.

The heating will be renewed, as well as the complete plumbing. A ventilation system is installed.
