For all these reasons it is necessary to acquire a sufficient number of monitors so that all workstations have a second monitor, according to the characteristics of size, graphic resolution, ergonomics and connections, suitable for the park of both laptops (mostly) and desktops currently in use.

The object of the contract is the supply of a second monitor for the jobs for the educational administration of the CDEyFP.

We consider it necessary to use a double monitor for all workstations for the following reasons:

1. Increase the working area and increase the display area. The use of two screens with a single desk allows us to have a larger space to work.

2. It is ideal for working and reading relevant information as it is generated.

3. Greatly reduce working time. The fact of continuously changing tabs or windows or working with several applications at the same time and going from one to another, adds a lot of wasted time, with the consequent loss of productivity.

4. It allows a greater organization of tasks. By using two monitors we can use one of them as the main screen and another as a search area, where we can also have open the applications that are less important at that precise moment.
