The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the contracting authority's premises in Bergen.

The framework agreement includes regular cleaning with associated services in the premises that the contracting authority rents in Nordnes in Bergen, with the following addresses:

Nordnesgt 33,

Nordnesboder 1-5,

Nykirkekaien 1,

Strandgaten 196.

In addition there will be the premises 'Pynten' on the lower side of the tower block Nordnesgt. 50.

The total area is approx. 16,500 m2 that must be regularly cleaned. The premises consist of both offices and laboratories. The cleaning must be carried out on weekdays between 06:00 and 16:00. The cleaning must be carried out in accordance with Norwegian Standard NS-INSTA, 800:2018. Tenders must also include some associated services. These concern the hire of soap dispensers, and dispensers for drying paper, as well as the delivery and refill of soap, toilet paper, drying paper, and sanitary bags. Tenders must also include emptying and cleaning hygiene containers.

The contracting authority would also like tenders to include the hire and cleaning of mats. The Institute for Marine Research is Eco-Lighthouse certified, and would like environmentally friendly cleaning with the most possible environmentally friendly products.
