The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in the provision of art. 6 para. 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (single text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1463) covering works in the field of harvesting and harvesting of wood, to be carried out on the territory The subject of the order is divided into 5 parts. Works in the forestry of Chmiel, Dwernik and Hulskie, divided into three parts.

A detailed description of the subject of the order, including a detailed description of the technology for performing individual works (activities) included in Annexes 1 and 1a (Description of the Standard of Forest Prayer Conduct Technology hereinafter OSTWPL) to SWZ.

1. The object of the contract is the provision of forestry services in the Hmiel forestry in the year 2022.

2. The proceedings shall be carried out by unlimited tender pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1) referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of Public Procurement (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended - 'PZP') and implementing acts to the PZP.

3. The proceedings shall be carried out in accordance with the rules laid down for the so-called 'reverse procedure' referred to in Article 139 (1), (3) to (4) of the PZP.

4. Variant offer information, framework agreement and electronic auction:

- The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of variant tenders,

- The Contracting Authority does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement,

- The Contracting Authority does not provide for the selection of the most favourable offer using electronic auction or the creation of a dynamic purchasing system.

5. The Contracting Authority authorises the submission of partial tenders. You can make an offer for one, several or all parts.

6.1. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts to the existing contractor, consisting of the repetition of similar services, within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract. Contracts may be awarded after the appropriate procedure, under the conditions laid down in the applicable rules.

6.2. The scope of services covered by the contracts referred to in point 6.1 will be works in the field of harvesting and splitting of timber, to be carried out on the territory of the Lutoviska Forest District, of which a detailed description of the execution technology is contained in annexes 1 and 1a to the SWZ.

6.3. The contracts referred to in point 6.1 may be carried out throughout the forestry and not only in the area of the implementation of the part where the basic order is carried out.
