The subject of this contract is the purchase of electricity in accordance with the quality standards set out m.in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 27 September 2022 amending the regulation on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the system (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2007), to collection points (Police facilities).

The contracting authority introduces the right of option to increase the amount of energy ordered, in accordance with Article 441 of the PPL; when determining the value of the contract, the largest scope of the contract (with the right of option) shall be taken into account: the maximum kWh quantity 9 741 394. A detailed description of the right of option is contained in the Draft Agreement.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in SOPZ - Annex No. 8 to the SWZ.
5. Details of electricity purchase according to tariff groups are included in the Offer Form – Annex 1 to the SWZ.
6. Detailed requirements regarding the method of order execution, deadline and payment rules are included in the Draft Agreement - Annex 7 to the SWZ.
7. The Contractor must offer and execute the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the SWZ and its annexes.
4. All annexes to the SWZ shall form an integral part thereof.
