1. The subject of the contract is: Modernization of the device - Magnetic Resonance Imaging 1.5 T along with the execution of accompanying construction and installation works in the rooms of the Radiology Department.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Functional-Utility Program (hereinafter referred to as PFU) and the “Summary of technical parameters, warranty conditions as well as service and training” - Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.
3. The description of the subject of the order should be read together with any changes to the content of the document, resulting from the answers provided to the contractors' inquiries.
4. The subject delivery is financed under the project entitled: “Development of Oncology Competence Centers based on innovative diagnostic and therapeutic techniques” within the framework of the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan – Component D “Effectiveness, accessibility and quality of the health care system” which is part of Investment Investment D1.1.1 “Development and modernization of the infrastructure of high-specialized care centers and other healthcare institutions” and the customer's own funds.
5. The contracting authority anticipates the possibility of canceling the procurement procedure in a situation where it has not obtained the necessary funds for the planned undertaking. According to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority may cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds it intended to allocate for financing all or part of the contract have not been granted to it.
