The subject of the contract is comprehensive insurance of property and civil liability as well as accident consequences of the Municipality of Iława together with subordinate organizational units and the company Iławskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o. The subject of the contract is divided into four lots.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 6, 6A, 6B, 6C and 6D to the SWZ.

The procedure is conducted in the form of an unlimited tender on the basis of the PPL Act. The estimated value of the contract in question exceeds the amount specified in the announcement of the President of the Public Procurement Office issued pursuant to Article 3 of the PPL Act.

PART I of the order: property and liability insurance:

A. Property insurance against all risks,

B. Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks,

C. Civil liability insurance of the Municipality of Iława together with units,

D. Civil liability insurance Iławskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o.

PART II of the contract: motor insurance:

A. Compulsory insurance against civil liability in respect of vehicle owners

Mechanical

B. comprehensive motor insurance,

C. insurance of accidents of drivers and passengers,

D. Insurance assistance.

PART III of the contract: accident insurance for TSO members

A. accident insurance of members of volunteer fire brigades (nameless variant)

B. accident insurance of members of volunteer fire brigades (personal variant).

PART IV of the order: insurance of watercraft

A. Shipowner's liability insurance;

B. Casco insurance;

c. accident insurance;

D. Insurance of personal property of the crew.
