1. The Participating Authorities require a financial organisation to deal with money transmission and general business banking services.

2. North Yorkshire Police Authority, with the support of other Participating Authorities, is leading this collaborative procurement. Whilst no business is guaranteed via a framework agreement, Contracting Bodies that have expressed an interest in using the new framework agreement and who will be permitted to use the framework are:

— 2.1. Humberside Police Authority;

— 2.2. North Yorkshire Police Authority;

— 2.3. South Yorkshire Joint Secretariat;

— 2.3.1. South Yorkshire Police Authority;

— 2.3.2. South Yorkshire Fire;

— 2.3.3. South Yorkshire Integrated Transport Authority;

— 2.3.4. South Yorkshire Pensions Authority;

— 2.4. West Yorkshire Police Authority.

(and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of reorganisation or organisational changes).
