Supervising the design and implementation of works and managing the Contract entitled: "Design and construction of the S8 Wrocław – Kłodzko expressway, task 2 from the Kobierzyce Południe junction (without the interchange) to the Jordanów Śląski junction (with the interchange) with a length of approx. 13.8 km"
The limited number of characters in point II.1.1) makes it impossible to give the full name of the order, therefore the name of the order is given in this point.
The service includes fulfilling the Consultant's obligations in accordance with the contract, based on GTC and SWK, in particular:
- supervising the design, verification of project documentation, its completeness, cross-compliance, verification of the results of control calculations in order to find possible errors,
- management, fulfilment of investor supervision and control over the implementation of Works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate,
- conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with the Contracting Authority, including the Branch Director, Project Manager and communication position in the GDDKiA Branch and representatives of the Contractor,
- fulfilling reporting obligations resulting from EU procedures and cooperation in this respect with GDDKiA services,
- fulfilling the obligations resulting from the procedures contained in the applicable requirements/guidelines for investments co-financed from EU funds and the current procedures of the beneficiary of Projects for the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment (or procedures that will be applied in the next EU perspective),
- providing an investor supervision service for the implementation of construction works and participation in the Guarantee Reviews and supervising the removal of any faults/defects identified in the warranty reviews within the framework of the concluded Contract,
- supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project,
- supervision of project work and robots in the field of additional tasks necessary for the implementation of the Project resulting in the implementation of the Contract - awarded under the Public Procurement Law Act,
- constant monitoring, handling and settlement of matters related to proper performance by individual Contractors, Contractor documents and works at the junction of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation with Consultant Teams supervising neighbouring investments - in result of which the Consultant will have the obligation to work out the rules and manner of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and works. If necessary, the Leading Consultant conducting the coordination case at the junction of the Projects shall appoint the Contracting Authority.
