The purpose of the framework agreement with order form and subsequent contracts is to personalize smart cards that meet CEN TS 16794 and Calypso 3 standards, including the police card. The personalization service includes:

- graphic personalization of the card;

- electrical personalization of the card;

- packaging and sending of cards.

This list is not exhaustive, the details of the services are mentioned in the consultation file.

This consultation is a framework service agreement, mono-beneficiary and single lot, it may be the subject of subsequent contracts and order forms in accordance with the provisions of articles R. 2162-1 and following of the order code. public. The order form part of the framework agreement includes the services for which the contractual stipulations are set out in the Special technical clauses (CCTP) and in the unit price schedule. The framework agreement is concluded without amount or minimum and maximum quantity. The volumes are presented for information only. For the years 2022 and 2027 they are evaluated according to the start and end dates of the framework agreement, namely: 492 003 for the year 2022, 535 363 for the year 2023, 545 791 for the year 2024, 556,424 for the year 2025, 567,266 for the year 2026 and 81,965 for the year 2027. The part for subsequent contracts concerns services relating to the personalization of smart cards based on technical specifications different from those described in this framework agreement and made necessary to meet the needs of GIE Comutitres, such as:

- graphic personalization of the card;

- electrical personalization of the card;

- packaging and sending of cards:

—— any service for which the contractual provisions are not set out in the Special Technical Clauses (CCTP);

—— any service not provided for in the initial price schedule of the framework agreement:

——— the new prices agreed upon when a subsequent contract is awarded are made contractual and incorporated into the unit price schedule for the subsequent contract.
